BreyerFest Workshops!

Yesterday, we chatted about our exclusive VIP workshop sessions, but we’ve also got a whole host of classes during BreyerFest weekend to keep our All-Access ticket holders busy!

Workshops won’t be on sale until later on in the spring, but we wanted to remind you about this year’s amazing offerings and remind you of a couple of important things –

  • VIP and All-Access ticket holder have access to our roster of 29 awesome workshops.  VIP ticket holders have exclusive access to an additional seven sessions!
  • DO NOT use the Quick Shop button when buying workshops.  Doing this misses important steps that you must complete in order to register correctly.
  • When registering for sessions, you can register up to four participants in a single transaction.  Just remember, each person must have an All-Access or VIP ticket to participate, so if you’re registering more than one person, everyone needs the correct ticket type to attend the class.  Accounts will be checked.
  • Remember, when registering to please note each participant’s name in the name fields – we keep very detailed rosters for each class and must have each person’s name.  Workshop seats are non-transferable.
  • All workshops are geared towards VIP and All-Access ticket holders, aged 7 and older.  Even Kids and Beginner classes are targeted for kids 7 an up and are not recommended for kids younger than this.  Younger fans can check out the Hands-on Hobby Tent and the Craft Tent for fun, free craft activities!
  • Please be mindful when registering for classes so you don’t accidentally register for two sessions happening at the same time.  The complete schedule is linked below, so we recommend making your own weekend schedule before registration opens to prevent any scheduling conflicts.
  • New for 2025 – we will be hosting workshops on Thursday, July 10th in the morning at the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park and then a special “BreyerFest After Dark” session at the Clarion in the evening.  Most of the Thursday morning sessions are duplicates of their sessions held during the rest of the weekend.  Registering in a session that has a duplicate precludes you from registering in that same class another time during the weekend.  For example, you cannot register for Thursday’s “Seeing Spots” class and then also register for Saturday’s “Seeing Spots” class.

You can check out this year’s incredible lineup of workshops here!
